Amazing service, when I had an issue with a broken brake drum on my van they went over and above trying to get me back on the road. In the end they couldn’t help me but didn’t charge me for anything even though Bob had spent plenty of time on it. Even let me go through his spare parts to see if he had what I needed. Legendary old fashioned customer service.

Good quality tyres.At 3:50 I called to find that they close at 4:00 and I had 10 minutes to pick up the tyres because the office person had to leave right on 4. I arrived at 3:55 to find everything locked up. I tried calling the phone and calling out but no luck. A mechanic came out at 4:05 and I asked if I could pick up the tyres. He insisted that he had closed the gate at 4:00 and I was late, telling me to f* off multiple times. He eventually calmed down and let me in to pick up the tyres, apologised and explained he had had a long day. Otherwise good service, but not a nice way to end the day.
