Super happy with the service provided by Claudine at Beaglier Books. When I reached out to the team there, I was unsure of exactly what I was looking for and I was greeted with patience, great customer service and Claudine took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. Will continue to highly recommend for anyone looking for some really unique and beautiful books!

No stars. Do yourself a favour and deal with the larger companies like Compendium. This company is absolutely horrid to deal with. Un-organised and has owed me money for over 6months. Whilst not a large amount its still poor business. They never return emails. When you call to sort out issues no one ever get back to you with a solution. I am honestly surprised they still operate as there is no structure whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed to have to post this. I’ve had an order outstanding since Feb/March this year. After a couple of months of chasing the order it was partially fulfilled. The remainder of the order is still outstanding. Multiple calls and emails and If I’m lucky enough to get someone on the other side, no one can give me an answer as to where the order is or when I will receive it, yet payment has been taken in full.Hopefully I can get a response through google reviews as I can’t get anything by contacting the company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - absolute SHAM!!! They should not be in business! Constantly let me down with my orders, they CANNOT be contacted - or IF you do get through to them NO-ONE can help you / No-One knows what is going on with your order ... and the Owner of the Company is ALWAYS away .... so you never get a straight answer. Then when you do eventually get an answer - The Owner lies to you - so do yourself a MASSIVE favour and DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - there are plenty of other book wholesalers who WILL be happy to have your business!

Criminals, Liars & Cheats - All the 1 star reviews here are spot on.Please note Beaglier Books has de-registered their company, but are clearly still trading, therefore fraudulently. All the major publishers have been notified so hopefully we can close them down.

The most terrible service. Absolutely zero communication, over a month later and our goods have not been received. No confirmation nor tracking information provided. Ignores emails and messages. Do not recommend this company whatsoever.Edit to add - we received some of our order. A lot of books missing. Now no contact once again. No books have arrived or a refund. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this business. Be wary

Having significant difficulties recovering money from Beaglier - I am beginning to believe the reviews about a scam are true. I have rung, emailed many many times over a 6 month period with not one response. Very suspicious. I feel very sad that I have to resort to posting this.

This company is a scam, be carful. Paid them for an order 1 month later, no stock delivered, wouldn’t refund my money, no one answers the phone, warehouse is unattended. They didn’t have the stock just took my payment. Email responses were full of promises, but empty. Had to physically go to the warehouse on 3 occasions to obtain refund as they wouldn’t do it.

From reading the other reviews here, it seems I'm not the only author who has been left unpaid by Claudine Zuker and her company Beaglier Books. If you've had a similar experience, please contact me so we can band together and make a criminal complaint against them. The initial chat I've had with police about this is that they'd be very interested in pursuing them if enough of us can come forward with our story. This is outrageous and I can only think how much money they've made off the back of hard working (struggling) writers. If you're reading this Claudine, I hope you understand the financial hardship your fraudulent and greedy dealings have caused my children and I. I noticed you deregistered your company last month, and yet you keep updating your social media and website like you're still trading - because we know you are! This won't be the end of it. The law is coming for you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! David and Claudine Zuker will take your books and NEVER pay you. They will not respond to any form of communication EVER. They are a scam. Just awful. They are poisoning such a wonderful industry. Use other distributors.
