Shonky company. Says item delivered, it wasn’t, called for information driver doesn’t answer phone, no one at the company knows what the hell they are doing, they have lost an item wort over $500 and are trying to blame the company it was shipped from. Disgusting.

Terrible company. Only contact is a phone number and you can be on hold for 2-3 hours at a time. They will tell you the delivery is coming the following day, which is generally a lie in my experience. Staff seem untrained or unable to communicate with delivery drivers to advise on the location of said item that they are being paid to deliver.

Horrible to deal with! Delivery driver did not call or use intercom to tell me they have arrived. I had to call the company but cannot reach anyone via phone, put on hold for hours, tried different options that takes you in a circle resulting in nothing. I tried to go through other diversion channels to try and speak to someone, finally I got someone, the person on the other line was so unhelpful, saying just email this email address but this lady could not speak a word of English and cannot pronounce her English letters! If I had the option to select a carrier I definitely will NEVER EVER use EWE! Unfortunately I purchased off shein and EWE is their partnered provider...

WARNING - AVOID using EWE if you care about getting your parcels delivered (on time or at all)!Their 'tracking service' is completely useless - it simply doesn't get updated at all.They also don't provide any notifications or alerts for when your parcel is scheduled to be delivered. (Compare that to e.g. Amazon that lets you know exactly where your parcel is and when you can expect it).It's therefore impossible to arrange to be at home to receive it. What's even worse, there is also no way to actually get in contact with their 'support team'.Calling the so-called 'service hotline' to try and get help is also a total waste of time. Some menu choices means the system immediately hangs up on you (!). The ONLY option that seems to actually get me into a queue of sorts is option 1.Then, after spending 20 minutes on hold (whilst their phone system repeatedly tells me that my call is 'important to them' and that I'm 'first in line') they simply hang up on you.Similar to many other reviewers here, I'd give a zero star review if I could.Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering from Secretlab, who for some bizarre reason continues to use EWE for all their shipments. Clearly neither company cares about their customers.To save yourself the headache, I'd strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

Don't know when there are so many bad reviews, why businesses use this nonsense courier company. They are so techno savvy that they sent text message with link to track driver which gives ETA and that ETA keeps on creeping later and later. Waiting for my parcel for past 8 hours and no response from this company / driver.

Worst Courier Company ever, tried contacting them in regards to a Secret Lab order (Please consider another more reputable delivery company!) but have not heard anything over phone or email. Would give 0 Stars if possible.

This is the worst logistics company i have ever experienced. The service line is always busy and will cut off in 10 minutes if no one answers the phone, you have to make a call again and again. Their customer service member is rude and un-professional. Their delivery process is slow and lack of tracking. Anyway, don't use this company, believe it will disappear soon in the competitive market.
