Hana was very helpful and did everything possible to get us through the line and have the finance approved.We encountered a few issues on the way none of which were Hana’s fault or ours, enough to make either us or Hana want to give up. Instead we kept doing all we could until we were approved.We met Hana early 2021 to assess our case when we were still living in Sydney. The plan was to move to Brisbane to buy some thing here. We first had an online meeting with Hana, then a face to face.
