We got the big breakfastI left 95% of my plate as the eggs were not cooked whites were running over my plate and everything was extremely greasy I had oil all over my plate.Had to listen to safe gossiping and laughing ect whilst waiting for them to take our orderWhen tellling the girl about my meal and it was not edible say said oh sorry about that and gave me a $7 gift card? That’s itWe had to then go elsewhere for breakfast

Pancake Parlours are generally a pretty good eat but the Ballarat Pancake Kitchen has so much character and charm to go along with a hearty meal, sneak in there on a Tuesday to score a cheap eat. I forget the exact price but it's either $10 or $12 on a few of the menu options which is easily the best value eat you'll get anywhere! We took the family and everyone left very full and satisfied.

Great to have pancakes as a treat when travelling. Best thing is, this place is always open and they have plenty of seating indoors, in fact 3 levels of seating! The menu is large and they serve other foods not just pancakes. We had the lemon & sugar pancake served with two wedges of lemon & ice cream, the crunchy salted caramel- so nutty, & the Alice in wonderland. All sweet pancakes in single serve.The potato and cheese pancake was good with the airy and soft pancake and the melted cheese that was crispy. No complaints about the food. Service was a bit inconsistent, staff member were not assigned sections so any staff member served us, our food wasn’t served to us at the same time and we had to ask for water several times.

I was positively surprised with breakfast specials on offer. A complete breakfast for $10, in a proper restaurant and full service it is something you do not see in Australia any more. Very good food too, for that matter!

I had a lovely experience. I ordered Mexican Beef crepes and a hot fudge sundae. The beef crepes were really wonderful.

Had a great breakfast brunch with my friends here. Service was great. Wood fire was nice. Pancake vegetarian breakfast was nice. Only negative is grated fried potato that is served instead of hash browns. It should be made clear that is what you are getting.

Great place for families. They have activity sheets and crayons for the kids too. The Swiss mountain malts are the BEST (they’re huge though so make sure you’ve got room). One suggestion could be to have more healthy things on the menu (but I guess people don’t come here for that haha)
