I have been going to this BR for 10 years. We love the new owners! Always friendly and remembered our names after our first time meeting them. They are generous with their scoops, at least it seems like it, the store is always clean, and, of course, they have my favourite ice cream flavours!

Same as last reviewer. Long time customer. We spent around $25-$30 on two-scoop ice creams. The top scoop was precariously balanced on top of each other. I asked the guy for two additional small paper cups. Was told it would cost me $1. I was going to pay but as I could not pay cash, he would need to add a 50c surcharge. $1.50 for two small paper cups. Baskins will buy huge quantities wholesale for cents. Very poor customer retention strategy.

I visited to order a custom birthday cake. The staff member said that they'd get new stock in the next day, yet there would only be two flavours to choose from. There were also issues with scheduling. The staff member had an unfriendly attitude through it all, like it was an inconvenience to answer a few questions. I ended up going elsewhere.

I made an order through Uber Eats. Unfortunately my order ended up being cancelled as there were no drivers available and the store hit closing time.Not accepting defeat, I tried my luck calling the store directly to see if they'd be able to deliver after their shift. Luckily for me they accepted. They declined payment for delivery since I had to wait a very long time for an Uber Eats driver.Thank you for going the extra mile to keep a customer happy.

Long-term customers. Recently purchased $40 for family as a Sunday treat. My son ordered a two scoop cone. The top scoop was precariously balanced. We ask for a cup just in case...attendant was incredibly rude and charged $0.50 extra for the cup!
