After having a poor experience with a different “restoration company”, I got SMS flood damage restorations out to assess the damage after we had extensive structural damage from water and also mould issue’s throughout our home. He initially showed me what areas were left wet through his thermal imaging camera and set up a drying system tailored to our situation. He had the entire place dry within 3 days (the previous company had tried for 2 weeks and had left the place still soaking wet!).
