George and his team were delightful and professional, competitively priced (most reasonable) and the quality of their work, excellent. I had a very large and complex print order to be fulfilled in a matter of days, inclusive of last minute changes and nothing was too much trouble. The order was completed without fault and ahead of schedule; George hand delivered the boxes of printed materials to our offices, personally. We would not hesitate to use Snap Botany again. Thank you to George and his team at Snap Botany. The first time I engaged their services I needed a very large printing job done for a training rollout and Snap Botany were recommended. We needed over 3000 manuals to be printed and shipped to different locations across Regional NSW. The logistics alone could have been a nightmare but the guys never faltered. Everything turned up where it was needed, and on time. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Very inpatient manager, has no respect for clients or the motivation to assist. will never walk in there again. beware the @snap in Rosebery is now the same place. I would recommend the one in the CBD, very friendly and patient manager and support team

I came to this place looking to print a small batch of wedding invitations on fibrous arty paper that OfficeWorks wouldn't accept. I suggested that a trial print be done first to check that the invitations fit in our special envelopes (which I provided). My request was followed to the letter and the job done in a day. They looked fabulous.

I am happy with the new posters I got printed, but will still leave this original review beneath (but will be editing in more stars) I am quite happy with the outcome.Original review:This was my first time printing, I was so excited to finally be taking a big leap like this in my career, so I was willing to spend a bit more to have stock for the future.I specified that I wanted “A3 posters” what I received was basically paper thin.Yes I should have done more research, but since there were no other gsm options listed in my quote, I assumed that was the general thickness for posters.I rang this morning to try and sort something out, as I have not received what I thought I ordered, and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. The customer service I received was incredibly rude, and had no sympathy for my situation.
