Absolutely terrible experience with customer solutions and management. After having damage done to my rental property from their delivery drivers, I have followed all of their policies to rectify this. This has been ongoing since August!!!! People keep passing the buck, change in management bla vla vla. I don't care! Just fix the damage that your contractors caused. Absolutely terrible experience.I was contacted straight away after posting this review, and guess what..... still nothing. Still people passing the buck and no one taking ownership and fixing the damage.

I wish there was a zero star so i could put for them!!!!!... They put 1000% effort to sell their product but 0% effort to manage praper and deliver your order on time!!!... when waiting for order to cone from overseas they just call and call to receive more deposit from you eventhough your order is not ready yet!!....Not recommending this branch at all. When I talked to manger about it he just laughed!!!! Not a responsible manager and staff!

Just bought a mattress and sheets set, and the service was phenomenal.Jon on the floor was a legend, helpful, and friendly.Made the experience amazing.Will be getting all out bedding from here for now on

I’ve put together heaps of pack down furniture and I’ve never come across worse instructions than the ones I’ve gotten from here! Items incorrectly labeled which completely goes against what is shown in the picture. Had to put together and take apart so many times because following the instructions ended up leading to things being backwards. It said 50mins to put together it took me 3 hours!

Good helpful & friendly service by Jon, the salesperson, who brought what I needed to me (I have a walking stick & was limping a lot) and then carried my purchase out to my car for me.Also, Georgia the salesperson who processed my payment was also very friendly and kind.

Avoid amart online. Their online chat is non responsive and they use a courier called Hunter express who are uncontactable. I ordered an in stock bed and mattress which has been sitting at the courier for two weeks now with no way to contact amart or the courier to get my items
