Five uni students and I are building a prototype for one of our engineering courses at UQ. When I rang JRT Plumbing yesterday and asked to purchase some scrap copper pipe, I received a pleasant surprise. Jack offered to give us clean copper pipe at no cost. This kindness and generosity has not gone unnoticed. The world needs more people displaying the culture of the guys at JRT Plumbing.Thank you again, Jack.

Jack went out of his way to help our young family.After some subcontractors (who appeared to be straight out of a B grade comedy movie) dug a retaining wall trench straight into our main water pipe I rang Jack. He could not have been more kind in cancelling his after hours commitments to attend to our request for help. Although it was almost 5pm he headed over, fixed the pipe and returned in the morning to secure it further.Highly recommended.

Would happily recommend JRT plumbing. Called on a Sunday and the phone was answered immediately, arranged to come out the next day. Faulty hot water valve replaced quickly. Excellent customer service as far as I'm concerned.
