I spent a lot of time questioning them about processes and was told it would clean my EGR valve did the stage 5 clean and it didn't work and they now say it only assists in cleaning EGR and washed there hands of my case

I have a Range Rover Sport that had the dreaded exhaust filter nearly full. Unfortunately after a 40 minute drive my car did not regenerate. Lucky I was told about Carl and he has managed to have my car running perfectly again. Saved me a lot of hassle, time and money. Provided great advice to ensure I maintain the car in the future this saving me even more money. I had the full DPF clean.

Carl was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and very friendly in delivering service. He shared lots of information about the work and step by step instructions on how to drive the car initially after the work had been done.A misunderstanding on my part led me to think there were continuing issues after the service and Carl was very prompt in addressing and following this up. So the after service support was just as good as the initial service. Turns out it was all fixed and has been running smoothly since.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this business and thank you Carl for all of your terrific support.

Partner and I got stuck on a road trip with a DPF issue and car going to limp mode.
