Do not go here, they do no know what they are doing, the stuck the lashes to my eyelids I was in so much pain, they where non flexible harsh lashes, I had to pay a lot of money to remove them safely and have new set, as they damaged all my natural lashes

Stay away from this business ladies.Unprofessional, inexperienced ladies working here!Do they even know what they are doing? I think NOT!!!!!!!I visited this shop expecting to walk out with my brows beautifully threaded, instead the look I got was one brow different to the other!I’d rather pay double & get someone who knows what they are doing.Shame on your business owner for hiring incompetent workers!

Went there to try out, not my usual place. Asked her not to make them thin and to just threat the bottom of my brows and the middle as i usually gel them up in the latest fashion. She damaged the skin around my brows, visible red bumps from it. Never been in that much pain at a salon before and i have had my brows done on a regular basis. I am not happy at all and i will not be going back again. Recommend you don’t either. Caused a rash and pimples all above my eye brows, i never have issues with acne.

I booked an appointment for 9.30am and was on a tight timeline as I needed to travel straight afterwards to get to my brothers wedding. The beautician wasn’t there till @10.10am. I asked for a 15min infill, she spent @45min doing the infill which made me even later and quite stressed out. She charged me $80 and I didn’t have time to argue it as I was so late. When I looked in the mirror my outer lasted were longer than all the others and the glues was so thick it scratched against my eyeline every time I blinked. This is the worst lash experience ever and I would encourage others to go somewhere else.

Be careful of using this place ...apart from Tanya the other lot are new & inexperienced. Despite telling Kulwant I don't want thin eyebrows and want an arc ..I now have 2 straight thin lines on my forehead. CLEARLY I MUST HAVE BEEN A GUINEA PIG FOR THE LADY TO GAIN EXPERIENCE IN THREADING EYEBROWS WITH A SCALE..THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME FOR THE DISASTER BUT FOR 5 TO 6 WEEKS I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THESE THIN LINES.
