Got a bag, noticed tag that said as is, asked if it had defects and was told, no as there would be a circle around the writing. Paid for the bag, picked it up and realised it had no straps. Pretty big defect! Asked not to take it and was told word for word... You should have been more certain of your choice! We had not even stepped out of the shop!
