Shocking experience!I visited Pacific Smiles Ashfield for the second time but this time for an emergency tooth ache and the experience was truly disappointing.Sushmita Dahal was very blunt, and seemed to only want to upsell services on me without any compassion or care and didn't offer good advice. It turns out a filling i had done less than 2 month prior was the cause of my new pain! Similar to the post below mine from Rachael W - the dentist has now gone on Maternity leaveWe ended running out of time and she rushed me out as soon as she knew she wasn't going to get any further money from me.I ended up walking out to pay a consult fee and no assistance on my tooth emergency at hand.Save your time & money and do not go here.

Clean, covid safe environment. Staff are friendly. Dr Nerraj Bangalore made me feeling super comfortable, and let me know what procedures may need to happen in the future.

Great service. Highly recommended Dr Nerraj Bangalore!! He’s very professional and considerate. He will explain the procedure step by step and even google some terminologies that I don’t understand in my language. Great doctor, great service!!

Went in for 4 fillings at the end of last year and came out with more issues than I went in with. I had to go back twice to try and get it sorted and still have sensitivity where I never had it before. I also have to tilt my head right back to floss between two teeth I had a filling in, which I was told that's how I need to do it from now on.The dentist who did the initial fillings went on indefinite maternity leave and I was told I may have to pay to fix it up because I had to see a different dentist. This caused me a lot of undue stress even though I was going back to fix issues caused by them. I didn't end up having to pay extra due to the discretion of the dentist, which just felt wrong as it should be a business decision.Will be finding a new dentist and would not recommend, I've never had issues I've had to go back to get fixed and they're still not fully resolved.

Catherine Chen is the first dentist that has taken the time to discuss what she saw during my check up and give all the options necessary for any concerns I had. She treated my children with the same professional manner, including the 5 year old, showing and explaining to them what she saw.It was by far the most thorough and gentle clean I've had and I was able to relax knowing that my eldest was in good hands for his first clean.Thanks to Catherine's skill and professionalism it was a very enjoyable visit and I am confident that my children now know that seeing the dentist is not something to fear.

Dr Catherine is the first dentist I have met that is so detailed for my check up. She even checked my jaw and tongue as well as my teeth. Thorough cleaning. She really cares about her patients feelings because she could tell where my teeth were sensitive. Her explanation was very helpful for me. Good dentist, highly recommend.

I do not recommend this dentist.I had a younger male dentist and I felt completely unheard.I've since found an incredible dentist who listens to me, understands me, and believes me when I'm in pain. I just wish I had trusted my instincts and not started my treatment here.

Dr Bangalore is a great dentist. He was able to see through some of my issues very quickly and gave me actionable advice. The clinic is clean, fresh and has no gap for Medicare insurance owners. Not sure about the other brands. Glad to have stumbled on to this one!
