Most disgusting display of human decency I have experienced after purchasing aGift card for my wife, she was left in tears after being told that her eyebrows were too uneven to be tattooed.Total upsell business don’t waste your time energy money you will just be left feeling upset and personally attacked due to a money grab.I wish to advise the business owner here and now that there are about 20 to 30 more one star reviews on their way how dare you treat people like this letting them leave your business in tears because of your lack of customer service and general greediness.Just FYI her eyebrows were done tonight expertly for $699 price was never the issue here some decorum would have gone a long long way today ma’am.

DO NOT GO HERE. What a horrible lady. Didn't even introduce herself. Just took me through then told me my eyebrows were too uneven and pale and she didn't want to touch them. Was very rude. Told me she'd only do a powder finish which was more expensive so tried to outsell me. I was so excited and she was so unprofessional. I left crying.

I was hesitant about getting them done, but her professional approach and knowledgable input left me in no doubt she would be able to do as she claimed, my eyebrows are perfect and I get great comments all the time on how they look. I am very pleased she was honest and up front with me from the get go on what I could expect from her services.
