i took my husbands watch to the watch hospital at whitfords shopping centre today as the strap was broken. I was served by a friendly man who fixed it for free! Not often that this happens( not to me anyway!) I would definately recommend this place to anyone who needs a watch repaired or battery or if you fancy a cuckoo clock!!

I had a CITIZEN watch with a broken wristband, that needed replacing. As I live near Joondalup, I've been looking all over the Joondalup shopping centre to get my watch fixed, but I wasted my time........However, no less than three jewellery shop's advised me to go to Whitfords City The Watch Hospital".Arrived there and in less than 10 minutes my watch was fixed and at a good price too! The staff was very friendly and helpful and I said

Paid to have my digital watch battery replaced for the first time. Following the replacement, I went for a swim to then find out the watch was no longer waterproof and no longer functional.I went back in to the shop to ask for repair help and a refund on the battery replacement. Instead, I had both father and son blame me and tell me it was my fault for not requesting a pressure test. I had no idea what this was at the time and I had expected that as watch specialists, they would ensure my watch would have been in the same waterproof condition as it was prior to the battery replacement, or at least informed me that a pressure test was required…No apology provided, very unprofessional encounter, terrible customer service, and they have left with me with a permanently damaged, non-functional watch.

I took my father's old Sailfish watch in to be repaired and I was pleasantly surprised how thorough, and how much attention to detail was given to my old watch. This watch is sentimental to me and I appreciated how it was treated with such care. When you love what you do it shows, this guy knows his stuff. Don't take your watch anywhere else.

TAG watch was playing up. Normally I took it to a Swiss watch repairer. Decided to use local The Watch Hospital" at Whitfords. Was nervous about "price" but reassured by excellant result

Excellent customer serviceThese guys are great! they helped me to fix a faulty watch that I'd brought elsewhere that refused to repair even though it was still under warranty.The Watch Hospital is only place where I will be going to get a new Watch from now on.

We went to Shields for warranty work of my Casio G shock watch, was told to come and try here first.The gentleman tested and told me it’s all good. Don’t need the repairs and politely declined my intention to pay for him testing.I can see from the interior of the shop they are good and professional and passion at what they are doing.Will come back for the convenience and great service next time if I have any watch need to be repaired.Five Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used the Watch Hospital for a few years now.( Currambine then Whitfords).They have repaired a braclet and also replaced my watch bands.I always find them very helpful and would recommend to family and friends.

Very rarely do I review on the customer service alone as more often than not there isn't any. :(Well today is a marvelous exception with The Watch Hospital in Whitfords. My sentimental (and expensive) watch had stopped even though it is an ecodrive.... and I was not aware they have a finite lifespan.When I dropped it off at the store..... Ali was busy fixing watches, but was attentive to my approaching the counter rather than browsing and greeted me with a big smile and wonderful appraisal of my watch and batteries before booking my watch in for a service.He said it would be two weeks as he showed me all the jobs he had booked in, so imagine my surprise when less than a week later his son rings me to say my watch is ready.It looks like brand new again and Ali's son was just as friendly and chatty as Ali.I am one very happy birthday week chappy. <3
