Outstanding customer service I was helped by Helen and her wonderful colleague (apologies for not recalling her name) yesterday. Helen went above and beyond in choosing a bed frame. I wanted to match wall art to the bedframe and was unsure in which direction to go in. Helen encouraged me to bring the art in to be sure. She also very helpfully loaned me a tape measure to ensure my mattress would fit the frame dimensions. I picked up the artwork and both Helen and her colleague held up the art above the bed to make sure I was happy. Their professionalism and genuine willingness to help me shone through. That type of customer service is sadly seldom seen anymore but certainly not in this instance.Helen and her colleague ought to be commended on their personable lovely nature and professionalism.

My husband and I would like to compliment Helen from Forty Winks Prahran for the excellent service she provided us with. Helen was highly professional and was very friendly at the same time. Her knowledge and service was outstanding. We are extremely happy with the mattress we purchased and we highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase furniture and bedding to visit Forty Winks in Prahran.

I needed to get a mattress within 24 hours. The team at Prahran Forty Winks was lovely and went over and above to help me out!! Got a great mattress which was delivered the next day by two of the nicest delivery drivers I have met!!! They were so kind and efficient. I was really impressed!!

No Customer Service - Literally!We visited this store yesterday, looking to purchase a bed base and bedhead. We were the only customers in the store during the entire ten minutes we were there. We were not greeted on arrival, nor asked if we needed any assistance, in fact we were totally ignored until we were walking out when the woman commented, 'sorry we couldn't help you today'. Well in fact you possibly could have, if you had bothered to ask or lend one bit of assistance. Polar opposite experience at a competitor, with whom we placed our order this morning.Really poor form Forty Winks!

Great service and advice... friendly and super helpful. Renee was lovely to deal with and we replaced beds for the whole family. Delivery driver was one time and helped with moving mattresses inside. Got a good deal and really happy with the beds. Definitively highly recommended!

We walked in with some knowledge of mattresses and the brand we thought would be best - after 1 1/2 hours of being given excellent advice from Prue we made a very informed decision. Prue has so much knowledge of all mattress brands plus their computerised system of individual needs. Highly recommended.

Great service from Helen G. She was amazingly helpful. I just received my Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel mattress. After three nights my back and hips are already feeling like they’re getting back to normal.I definitely recommend Forty Winks and definitely recommend the mattress.
