I've finished two courses an the training was ok online go on site training there not professional the trainer was having smokes the whole time i was there while teaching us while I finished the courses I got a certificate that was an mistake and my second certificate is blank it took several days for them to look into the first i just kept getting told they will get back to me when they did they said it's not their fault and it goes through a 3rd party I'm still waiting to hear back from my second certificate it seems dodgy as anything can be.. ok so a few days later they I called them up again about my second certificate that's blank as soon as they answer the phone they said my name hello Trent I think this Is really unprofessional since I didn't have time at first to even say it's mine they said they will resend my certificate to me also they have sent another invoice to me that I have know idea what for as I've paid for both of my course I've asked them an they couldn't tell me what it's for so they will call me back again very unprofessional if they sent a invoice to someone surely they would know what it's for. would not recommend going here
