Appreciation for ‘Grace’ as our trainer to whom I met her today at Belmont centre. she was teaching and demonstrated us professionally but very polite with everyone so everyone can understand and learn all the contents and topics in practical assessments. She has given sufficient time to all to complete our assessment and repeat the content if needed. Communication was fabulous with her. She has given individual feedback us nicely and answered to our concerns.I would like to say Thank you and highly recommended for future trainings.

Giving real life situations with practical solutions delivered the session with precision and in real time. 100% will be returning and highly recommend to anyone seeking a first aid course to complete.

The trainer (Vicky) at Belmont was really good. She makes the topics short, straight to the point, explains that it is easy to understand and interactive. She emphasizes most on important/relevant topics thus doesn’t loose the interest of attendees. It’s also a big advantage that she used to be a paramedic so her examples of scenarios are based on experience and realistic. I did learn a lot and enjoy the first aid & CPR training & would highly recommend it to others.

Best training centre and trainer was very knowledgeable, experienced and supportive. Scenarios given during lecture were really very helpful to prepare us for a real life situation. Use this company every time to refresh CPR/first aid course. I would highly recommend getting your training from them.

My experience was amazing as I did the first aid course the lady Vicky was fab, she had so much knowledge and I think her also being a paramedic really benefited her delivery in information. Nikki was confident in showing us real life like scenarios and making everything so easy to remember and i now feel very confident on what I’m doing :))
