I purchased a few things from SCF over the last couple of years, since I've lived in the area. I have a small home gym in my garage but I use it a lot. Generally, I found their prices to be competitive and in-store service to be good.However, I decided to write this review after I had an issue with one of the items I had purchased. The item was a little past advertised manufacturer warranty and I reached out to the shop. Kim and the team were very forthcoming and accommodating. Needless to say the issues were resolved and I found their whole team from the shop to the warehouse to be very supportive and helpful.Everyone is going to be nice when they are selling you something but after-sale support and customer care is what separates the good businesses from the rest in my opinion, and these guys are 5 stars.This is why I would recommend SCF and will be shopping there again.

I met Steph at the Fitness Expo in Sydney last year. She was very easy going and she told me that she can do the full fit out for my boutique gym studio (from flooring to machines to wall attachment - everything my gym may need). The quality of the Arrow equipment is solid and looks amazing. I looked at many other companies to do fit outs for me but they just weren't anywhere close to what Southern Cross Fitness can offer - from service to equipment quality to pricing I don't see any companies that would beat them. Therefore I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to open any sized gym, I will definitely order from them again when I'm opening my second gym!Carmen was looking after my quotes and she was always very helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed to change something - both her and Steph were always available and eager to help out. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and they made my first gym fit out as smooth as possible.I thank you Steph, Carmen and Southern Cross Fitness for making all this possible!Kind Regards,Geon Fitness

Outstanding experience.I live in Leichhardt. I bought the Nautilus E628 Elliptical online on Thursday. The price was as good or better than anything I could find anywhere else in Australia. It was delivered at lunch time Friday. I struggle putting IKEA furniture together but managed to put this together without too much swearing in few hours and I'm up and running Saturday. The unit itself is almost silent and I'm glad I spent a little extra to get this model. The fly wheel is pretty heavy and the unit is very stable. Time will tell how durable it is but I cannot fault anything at this stage. Thank you!

Cannot recommend this place.Ordered some dumbbells that they later found they didn't have in stock. Only knew of this fact one month after when I called to find out what was happening. Spoke to Sarah (whom is apparently the manager at the store) and she asked me to send a confirmation email to request a full refund and she would process it straight away. So then, as soon as I got off the phone, I did exactly that.In the end in took exactly 21 days to get my refund...that was after 2 follow-up calls.Really not happy with the way this manager Sarah dealt with the situation. She really didn't seem to care all that much.Would definitely not buy from them again after this experience.

Sometimes things don't go perfectly to plan in business, but as a customer your respect for a business grows astronomically when they empathise, take ownership and then go above and beyond to address the issue. SCF did exactly that for me and I cannot say enough great things about the team, specifically Jordy and Alex. These guys shifted heaven, earth, not to mention my amazing new Matrix TF30 treadmill to put things right. The unit arrived today and was professionally installed by one of SCF's partners, John who could not have been more helpful. The treadmill is amazing, the price was extremely competitive and the lengths the team went to so as to make sure it arrived at my place made my mind up; any equipment I need going forwards will be ordered from SCF. Thank you Alex, Jordy and the team - you really delivered.

I live in a country town and find it hard to get in town to the gym . I built a shed and fitted it all out with equipment from Southern Cross Fitness. We purchased floor matting, heavy duty squat rack, bike, treadmill, barbells, weights, benches, box, ropes etc. The gear is top shelf!! The service from Sarah and the team has been exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough. The delivery and install service was fabulous as well, basically delivering all gear and making sure things like the treadmill were set up ready to go. Setting up a massive high quality home gym has done so many wonderful things for us and we cant thank Sarah and the team at Southern Cross Fitness Warners Bay enough !

Low quality products with piss poor customer service. We purchased a harness from you guys that was advertised with a weight rating of 1000kg. First use pulling 50kg the buckle snapped. Fixed that ourselves and second use (also super light) the metal ring snapped. We have emailed twice and have not heard back. Don't buy from this company

Ordered a new exercise bike on the 19/10/22, I was told 2-3 weeks for delivery and but when the tracking didn't update after that time I decided to email the store to find out what's going on. 2 unanswered emails led to me sending a message via Facebook got a response from Matt (absolute gem and the only reason I've given 3 stars not 1!) He responded quickly and with a solution. Cut to the 5/12/2022 and a new exercise bike was sent out because the courier lost the first one and I finally received it on the 28/12/22 almost 3 months later!Not the best experience, but hey at least we got there in the end!
