BE VERY CAREFULLMy experience with aushome is very depressing. Anyone who is using aushome be very care of your plan. They have taken my money as upgrade but given me below the expectation of work. It’s been 2 weeks I am still trying to fix the unprofessional task. From painting to the garage door. Be care care. Don’t trust anyone. See changes by ur self their Monday never comes. I will not recommend anyone not to my friends who wants to move here. They paint on dirt. They overlook leaves patches. Vanity drainage not draining u name. They keep on changing ur selection.

Building a house can be daunting, but Aushomes makes this experience very easy & straight-forward with their professional service and always 'ready to help' attitude. Could not have been more happier with our newly built home in Greenbank. Highly recommended!!!

We built with Aushomes and moved in to our first home in May 2018. I couldn't be happier with our experience with the team at Aushomes. Any issues that arose were attended to quickly and any questions or concerns we had were responded too. The team are friendly, down to earth and made the process from sale to build very easy. Highly recommend.

Overall we were happy with our first build.Administration were good at first and easy to contactOnce the build commenced it went very smoothly and quickly, we had a great site supervisor who kept in regular contact and addressed any issues we brought forward.I would recommend taking photos and getting samples of what you pick in colour appointments and read through everything twice so you don't need to make lot of changes after signing the contract.Beautiful finishes of the house, great quality we would recommend Aushomes.Address: London Street, Eight Mile Plains

As someone who has recently worked with Aushomes Builder, I feel compelled to share my experience with others in order to prevent them from making the same mistake that I did. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, Aushomes Builder failed to honor their contractual obligations and made a number of deceitful and misleading statements throughout the building process. They provided me with incomplete and inaccurate information about the scope of the project, and failed to follow through on a number of key promises that they had made.Furthermore, the build quality of my home was incredibly poor, with a number of significant issues arising throughout the process. These issues were not addressed in a timely or effective manner, and I was left with a number of expensive and time-consuming repairs to deal with as a result.To make matters worse, the building process took far longer than expected, with construction dragging on for more than 16 months for a single-story home. Throughout this time, Aushomes Builder provided me with countless excuses and delays, failing to communicate effectively and causing a great deal of stress and frustration in the process.Overall, I cannot recommend Aushomes Builder to anyone seeking a reliable and trustworthy builder for their home construction needs. Their unprofessional conduct, lack of transparency, and poor quality of work were all unacceptable, and I would advise others to steer clear of this company at all costs.In terms of their contractual obligations, I found Aushomes Builder to be incredibly dishonest and misleading. I recently completed my first Investment Dual Occ Property with Aushomes and I must say that I am very satisfied with Aushomes starting from the first contact with them all the way to the property handover. They have very good systems & documentation in place which makes everything easy for first-time investor like me!Aushomes made the process of building my investment property a breeze! Great communication and great service, and good building time-frame. Everyone in Josh & team were always super professional. They have gone out of their way to help me as being the inter-state investor by taking & sharing the photos and even videos of the property at every stage of the build.
