Pete Clements and Andy Thorpe provide something that is truly rare in real estate - that genuine personal involvement throughout the entire process. Not to mention the best method of selling your property - Openn Negotiation, the brainchild of Pete himself and fast growing in popularity across the country. Pete sold our previous home in 2009 with outstanding results, and in the 13 years since, we've known exactly who would also conduct our next sale - which has just been completed. The Openn Negotiation process elicited for us a record price for our particular pocket of our suburb - by more than a quarter of a million dollars! But it's not all about the money... it's about the whole experience. As with many real estate deals, it wasn't all smooth sailing, with bank delays for our buyer requiring much discussion, negotiation and patience. I honestly do not think any other agent would have guided us along this bumpy road like Pete did, always protecting our interests, keeping us informed, and ultimately providing the best outcome. Pete and Andy are two of the good guys; in a profession not always known for its ethics, sincerity and kindness, they are the absolute shining stars.
