Miss Saigon
Fairly new restaurant on the island and the food is delicious. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine with great care taken in both preparation and presentation. Fabulous Vietnamese coffee and the Pho is to die for. Teamed with fabulous apple pie a dinner to remember for all the right reasons.

What a gorgeous spot high on the hill of Lord Howe. We had the most scrumptious meal (between our whole party ordered one of everything on the menu) and we really felt like we were guests in someone's home. Such a friendly team.

Lovely meal and BYO. Seating is on a deck so dress warmly for dinner early in the season. The ride home was appreciated.

An easy walk from our lodging, this was a great intro to laid back Lord Howe cuisine. Terrific service, lovely food. Get there early if you want to sample the pancakes.

Miss Saigon
We ate at Miss Saigon twice during our stay so got to try most of the menu. It’s a home-based restaurant, staffed by family, on the relaxed veranda of their home. The young Vietnamese chef takes great pleasure in her dishes, making her own sauces and kimchi, and they are served with love by her mother-in-law. The dishes are mostly Vietnamese and very authentic. We really enjoyed all the food we tried as well as the Vietnamese coffee. I particularly loved the more Korean bibimbap dish, and a sago pudding with mango was so yummy we ordered an extra one to takeaway with us!
