Christian did a great job on our automated blinds for our new build, very happy with the outcome

We engaged Cuchi Interiors for new block out curtains and sheers in September 2021. The consultation process and fabric selection were great. During the consultation process, we were told our curtains would be manufactured and installed within 4 to 6 weeks. However, due to numerous manufacturing and supply issues, it took them 5 months to complete our project. As you can imagine, this was frustrating for us. Within this 5-month period, unfortunately we experienced numerous communication challenges with Cuchi. I personally felt that my biggest frustration was lack of clear communication between all stakeholders – from the main office, manufacturers, fabric suppliers, the installation tradesman, and the installer. For us personally, this took a toll and ended up making me feel unsatisfied with the level of customer service provided. Additionally, we found several black machine marks on our black out curtains after they had been installed. I provided photos of this, to which Cuchi mentioned there was an issue with the manufacturing process, and they replaced all the blackout curtains. I must add here that the fabric used to replace them was not the fabric that we originally ordered, however this did not overly bother us – but again, communicating this would have been ideal. The actual sheers however are gorgeous, we are so happy with them. The quality of the fabrics used is great. It’s just a shame we experienced so many road bumps and issues along the way that could have been managed better.

My partner and I engaged Cuchi to install plantation shutters, roller blinds, Roman blinds, sheers and blockout curtains in our property. From the initial measure and quote, to the final installation, we have been nothing but impressed by Cuchi. Every member of staff that we had dealings with throughout the process was professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very patient with my indecisiveness in selecting the products I wanted. We are extremely happy we went with Cuchi, the quality is exceptional and the process was seamless. I couldn’t ask for anything more. We will definitely be reaching out to Cuchi when we look to install our outdoor blinds. Thanks again!
