First time eating at Guzman y Gomez - Ascot and loved it. Katy the Manager was so friendly, helpful and professional. The food was delicious and the service was very fast. The indoor and outdoor eating areas were nicely decorated and clean. The other staff were also friendly and full of smiles. I highly recommend the Cali burrito! Will definitely be returning.

Had to repeat my order literally eight times and every time the order was repeated back to me It was wrong.Had to wait roughly half an hour in the drive through line.The food servings were tiny and definitely did not taste fresh compared to other Guzman Y Gomez stores!Honestly, should’ve just gone to Zambrero’s across the road as I’ve had nothing but great experiences there but thought we would try something different today.Save your money don’t waste it at this place.I wish I had read the reviews before ordering here!

I just bought nachos today, and they didn't put the cheese on. The taste was average and the costumer service bad. I ordered it through the app, I waited 20 min to pick it up and still I had to wait 10 more minutes for the food.

One item in my take away order, a slow cooked beef burrito with guacamole. You guys forgot the guacamole! Update- they gave me a $6 credit for next time, which is decent enough.

I'd like this place so much more of the burritos didn't have so much plain white rice in them.Why can't some of that stodgy unhealthy pure carbohydrate be swapped for some healthy vege/salad stuff?I loved the shredded mushroom flavour. Tastes even better than beef, but the masses of rice ruins it.

Manager RYAN will ruin this business.Forgot guac in cali buritto, no big deal. Buritto was brought to counter for replacement.Waited for 10 minutes before heading to til. No one could find the replacement buritto or knew about it. Minutes later it was found stashed in the delivery area.Ryan was rude, agitated and unprofessional showing no care for the error or delays with replacement. Following out dialogue he lauged at me with another colleague behind the shelves.I felt destroyed. Our family had already finished our meals. My wife didn't eat her replacement, now cold. I felt humiliatedEveryone behind the counter was miserable. 4x staff were taking dinner break at the same time. Tables were full of rubbish and benches incrusted with cheese and lettuce. Moral was visibly shattered across the staff.The manager needs to go. His attitude, poor work ethic and unprofessional conduct echos throughout this place!We go to GYG two times a week every week. We love it and rely on it. We will never return to our closest venue (Ascot) and question the company overall after what we have seen. Regional Management need to open their eyes to this problem child.

Shouldn’t have taken a bite before this photo… but I was being optimistic that it’s ok… it’s not ok for $16 burrito to be this small. Had enough, x3 now in a new facility. The main big burritos are the size of a small burrito/chikito. Have GYG often in different places and this new place I would’ve hoped would properly fill the burritos, but they do not. Very lose empty burrito, very small and not enough filling to properly pack out the size of the wrap, so much wrap in your mouth because it’s folded over so much. Other stores do it well please make it worth the $16. Quality of Ingredients are amazing.

Went for lunch with a work mate Thursday and was amazed at the service and vibe instore. Even asked the young lady’s name who was creating it all ‘Katy’ was her name!Keep hold of this person she is an asset!Staff were happy and seemed engaged to deliver a great experience.
