Aleks is a very knowledgeable and exceptional osteopath. I started seeing him after I developed vertigo. My GP sent me to have numerous tests but they all came back negative and couldn’t find any cause for my symptoms. Aleks took a detailed history and after assessing me he thoroughly explained that the issue was to do with the crystals in my ear that had dislodged. He used a specific manoeuvre called Epley and after only 3 sessions my vertigo has completely gone! Thank you so much!

I visited Aleks twice to help me with a bad neck and back strain I had. Aleks is very skilled and friendly and uses a variety of methods like cupping and dry needling to help. He helped my issue and even looked into longer term things like my poor posture, definitely recommend and I’d be happy to visit again

So glad I found Aleks at icare osteopathy.I went in for my lower back and since seeing Aleks I’ve seen huge improvements (so much so that I don’t need to visit anymore).He was able to identify and explain clearly the cause of the pain and what needs to be done moving forward. He also provided me with exercises and helpful tips to get me back on track which I have found to be super effective. It’s clear that he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I’d definitely recommend his services!
