Got our new bed delivered yesterday - they even set it all up, which I wasn't expecting! Had the best nights sleep I have had in years.The whole process was fantastic, from our initial visit to the showroom through to delivery.Make sure you see these guys if you are looking to buy a new bed.

The Back and Neck Bed Shop
The Back and Neck Bed shop came highly recommended to us. We had shopped numerous mattress stores before traveling out of our way to check out their healthy mattress selection. It was so refreshing to have a no hassle, no pressure service from Kane and staff. We were impressed with their stock of high quality healthy mattresses. I love my new bed, the high quality customer service we recieved and would give a 6 star review if I could!

The moment I walked into the Booragoon Back and Neck Bed Shop, I knew that I would find the bed that I was looking for. The customer service that I received from Bree was beyond expectations. All of my questions were answered about the various options of mattresses and bases. I could not have made a wrong choice, as all of the stock in store appeared to be top quality and readily available. Bree gave me personal attention and encouraged me to try out the various on floor models. With her help, I made a decision and now I am looking forward to the delivery and installation of our new bed from the Booragoon Back and Neck Bed shop. Thank you for your fabulous assistance , Bree!

We loved our king sized mattress so much that bought another smaller mattress to go in our caravan!We have purchased a bed head from these guys before which is still looking like new so we were keen to buy the next bed from The Back and Neck Bed Shop as well. We are very happy with our new King sized bed head and base. Communication was fantastic on the day of delivery so we knew exactly when the delivery would arrive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team, in fact we already have to friends.

The Back and Neck Care Shop is a must visit next time you’re bed shopping. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who properly understand the bed construction materials as they are made at their own factory, with foam brand and type described on the flyer literature. The prices are very reasonable for a hotel quality bed. After hours of back and forth elsewhere at the major bed franchise shops trying to find a plush mattress that suited my wife and I, the market seemed way over priced and one of us was going to have to compromise on comfort, until a recommendation was made to visit this store from a friend. We were pleasantly surprised to find a plush mattress at the back and neck bed shop we both loved without the sticker shock. Great work guys, keep it up.
