I would like to say we have been very happy with the care that my son receives and would highly recommend Wagtail Cottage Child Care. My son was previously at another childcare centre and the transition between the two has been very smooth. If my son is happy, then we are most happy. Staff are extremely friendly and make my son feel safe.

Totally amazing daycare. The staff love what they do and take incredible care to ensure my daughter has a fun safe day there full of learning. She loves it and can't wait to go there every day. The food is great, healthy and nutritious. The activities are amazing ranging from bush walks to outdoor sports. My daughter comes back everyday with tales of what she did and what new things she learnt. I highly recommend this daycare Centre to everyone out there

I couldn't be more happier with a daycare than I am here. My daughter absolutely loves attending Wagtail! Every day she gets to do something new and even gets to join in while exploring the outdoors. Their backyard and play area is real where educators advocate for real play experiences. All educators are so welcoming and always make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

This daycare centre has made awesome improvement over the last 12 months. Our family have been coming here for 6 years now and both our kids loved/love wagtail cottage and made great progress while here.We love that they have animals for the children to interact with as we think this is very important for childrens development. The staff are lovely and know what each childs individual needs are. Our kids have thrived at wagtail cottage thanks girls

My daughter has been here 3 years and loves it. Nothing is too much trouble. When she started as a baby the educators welcomed me calling throughout the day to check up on my child. When we've tried different things or routines the educators have assisted and followed through. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Wagtails. Go and do a walk through you won't regret it.

The staff and facilities are great and have been for years. However in recent months with a change of management it has become clear that Wagtail’s Cottage is not what it use to be. We did not have a single issue until 3months ago when a new manger was hired and since then it has simply been a nightmare. We speak to the educators there who also feel the same and have gone as far to say that the management team are totally incompetent. We have family who also have children here who are also bemused by the fall from grace. Again the educators are great and i feel for them and all the kids they do so much for. It’s amazing to see how quickly things can change and bad things can get when the top is poison.

Both my boys 2 and 4 , love going to Wagtails. The staff do such a wonderful job with them and they are always very approachable to discuss their day . They do some great activities ( both boys are learning so much) and the outside area is fantastic! We would highly recommend Wagtails to everyone.

My husband and I are absolutely stoked to be sending our nearly 2yr old son to Wagtail! He's been going since he was 8months old and he loves it. He's always welcomed so warmly each week and I always get a detailed one on one explanation of the kind of day he's had, which is always 100%! I'm even able to organized extra days or day swaps via email which is super handy. Nothing is too much trouble for Alanah and she always replies so quickly! We would highly recommend Wagtail to everyone!

My daughter has been attending wagtails since she was 9 months old with this being our last year before heading to prep - we are so sad to be going but so thankful for so many wonderful years of early childhood learning. All of the staff are so lovely, the learning spaces are fantastic and the outdoor space is huge! The best early childhood experience - thank you wagtails!

Wagtails has a very friendly environment with caring and knowledgeable staff.My daughter is thriving in their care and enjoys it so much she doesn't want to come home. Using Storypark, they regularly post feedback and photos of her journey which also keeps her grandparents in the loop.I would highly recommend their service.
