Great staff and very helpful!... I had a shortage for tiles which I purchased a few months ago... my tiler's job was hold and I was looking for urgent supply of the same batch... I called the Brendale store and with great support of Jesse and Shannon I was able to purchase them in the next day!... Jesse, he is a legend and is excursively helpful...

Sales service is great but if you need support after sales, the service is atrocious. We have purchased bathroom products twice from this store, both times there has been a problem with our order. Incorrect vanity, wrong tiles, you name it. When we go back to try to get the issues sorted, the service quickly drops off. My advice, don't go here if you want good aftersales service.

Really good. Very helpful, knowledgable staff and their prices were good too. I've been there twice in the last few months and found exactly what I was looking for.

The Beaumont Tile branch we went to were fabulous. South Pine Road Brendale.Ben was terrific to deal with and the other staff were friendly as well. The store is clean and tidy and when your stressing over your choices, it's great to be dealing woth patient staff. Thanks

We purchased tiles from this store last year and were very happy with them, however after having a number of issues with the tiler we employed to lay them, it was necessary to remove the previous tiles and start over. Amanda was very understanding when we explained our circumstances. She managed a great price for us and her friendly manner was really appreciated ..

Amanda at Beaumont's Strathpine is an absolute gem with bathroom design and styling. She was such a big help for my wife and I through the design stage of our renovation. She has a great sense of what goes with what, what fixtures are the best mix of practicality and aesthetics, and also value for money.I credit Amanda for a large portion of how well our bathrooms have come up. We have zero regrets going through Beaumont's Strathpine thanks to Amanda's massive contribution to the loose plan that we walked in with!It also impressed me that she knew the products so well that she could tell me which ones were local, Australian or overseas businesses and where they were manufactured. This played a big part in our purchases, and thankfully, Beaumont's stock plenty of quality items from companies that are Australian owned & manufactured.Talking to the other guys at Beaumont's as well, nothing was a drama, when I wanted to swap an item over, or get more of other items, the team made it so easy to accomplish.
