Polish Nail Salon

To be completely honest - I am really disappointed. I’ve have been going to Polish for years now. I went in on Thursday and there were all new faces, with bad service and a massive price increase. I was there for two hours getting my toes and fingers painted from a girl who didn’t really know what she was doing. It was dead quite and usually you would have someone doing your fingers and toes at the same time in situations like this but yet everyone was sitting around talking - additionally I had confirm what colour I was getting as it was in the wrong bottle displaying a different colour. I paid $135 and all my shellac has already peeled off

I have been here a few times and the owners nephew usually does a good job. He’s usually there on Saturday; however, he wasn’t this time and I had a woman do my nails. Nonetheless the worst SNS I have ever had done. Had to ask her to reshape the nails and even file bumps of I told her the shape is not good and she didn’t care she just kept going and ignoring me . Refer to photos attached.My skin under my nails was literally glued to my skin with the SNS product. There is dried clear SNS all around the nail bed it looks disgusting and you can see the lumpiness of my requested square shape which looks like a shovel.Definitely wont be going back . I thought this was going to be my new nail salon after moving to the area and always being someone that goes to the same salon.The price is high but I didn’t mind when they were actually good. I wouldn’t pay $10 for these nails you couldn’t pay for me to get these done.

I showed my reference photo and the lady who did them absolutely wrecked the shape, design… basically the whole nail. I asked them to remove the design and was met with hostility from the female staff (the one male staff member was incredibly great) however I paid $125 for just acrylics no colour design nothing. DO NOT GO HERE

I have just experienced my wife and daughter return home in tears after what can only be described as an horrific experience for anyone in this store.After trying to complain about extra charges and not getting the correct procedure done the manager was extremely rude and opened her conversation with What Now!!When my wife tried to explain other people decided to join in and bully and harass my wife and daughter for merely bothering to complain. The staff and customers then yelled and abused them and told them bye bye- disgusting behaviour from Pacific Fairtennets.

DO NOT WASTE TOUR MONEY!Extremely disappointing and frustrating. I could have done a better job myself at home. What a waste of money. The service was so bad instead of waking out relaxed I was so worked up. I had asked for a simple ‘please cut short and square shape’ but no response for a while and the lady continued doing what I thought was her just going through the motions… so I repeated myself before she went too far ahead then she just replied ‘short’ and filed one or two nail and everything was done half-arsed and light-handed. She was clearly inexperienced and did not want to be there. She mumbled something in Vietnamese with other ladies then she packed up and left again without saying anything to me. Another lady took over and she did all the services what one would expect to pay for at a nail salon. The Result wasn’t great but at least it was a better job than the first staff I had.I would never go back.Rainbow Nails in Robina is 1000000 times better. They’re fast and experienced.Pls check my photos to see what a poor job they had done today on my toes. My daughter can do a better job at home.I wish I could get a refund but no use arguing with them as you can imagine they do not care and I’ll end up all worked up, again!

I went there last friday (exaclty one week ago), and the lady was all about doing it quick and fast than doing it right. I paid for gel manicure and gel pedicure, the exfoliation part was bad instead of massaging she went did it all in a rush, no care no attention.My nails chopped both foot and hands and I paid 120aud in total. I never had such a bad service before and I won't recommend. Just go somewhere else. Picture attached.

If I could give you zero I would.Who pays 145 dollars for a full set of nails.Bad serviceKept stuffing upI got them done a day ago and they are already chipping.Not happy.
