Reasonable price and great customer service. My partner and I were moving on a Friday and 4 days before moving my partner called to say we will be ending our storage on Friday. However we both didn't know we had to let someone know 2 week prior and pay the late fee chargers for ending the storage. However the manager was so nice about and let us off. We managed to pick up our furniture on Friday to move into our new house. Thank you once again.

Jason and the team were friendly and helpful, the storage shed was clean and dry, the rates were very reasonable. All the best, Paul

I had a really quick and easy experience buying some moving boxes from National Storage Macgregor. I ordered online and received a call from Jason within half an hour, just explaining when they closed for the day so I could pick up my boxes in time. The service was great, and the boxes themselves are top quality. I look forward to selling them back to National Storage after I use them too!

Not so good at cancelling accounts, so they continue to bill you when you have left.

Helpful and willing to negotiate. After having conversations with multiple storage solutions, National Storage both undercut competitor quotes and provided a free truck for the day!

The actual storage facilities are good but, sheesh, I'd like to think you can find a storage company that cares about its customers a bit more.Honesly this is one of the most money vampire-y companies I've met. Below are a few bugbears from my ~12-month experience with them:- After 6 months of using their facilities they tried to increase the price by nearly 20%, and it became pretty clear that this is standard practice for them. This is pretty sh*t cause it's not like it's easy to just move your stuff out and go to another storage facility.- The account is paid in advance monthly. When I moved out they didn't refund the remainder of the month's rent, even though I gave them plenty of notice.- Anytime you query this type of behaviour they pull the old Please refer to your storage agreement section 8.5."
