Disgusting customer service. I filled up with ultimate diesel on 2 feb and within 5 minutes of leaving my car engine light was on. I believe I purchased contaminated fuel as they were replacing half of the bowsers when I filled up and fuel tank smelt of petrol. Four phone calls to the service station with no outcome. No manager to speak to or any resolution or service offered. Called BP customer care and waited on hold for 2.5hrs to be told it would be 48-72hrs before they looked at my allegation. Three weeks into an insurance claim and still awaiting BP to test their fuel. Disgusting.

Staff always friendly but gets very busy in holiday season. Hope the put some windscreen cleaner in the water so its not just fly soup !! Maccas on site too ☺

Plenty of open parking spaces for cars. Yet selfish people will park truck bays and car with trailer bays. Who have no other choice but the bays. It's not fair. We had to keep going

Convenient for petrol and groceries but expensive. Hard to fill tyres with air - not enough room, not enough car parks and horrible intersection to turn right. I avoid this petrol station because of these things.

I usually use this service station in town as I have a velocity card and its 24/7 which is very good, the tyre air pump isn't my favourite, BP seems to use these type of air pumps on there stations, lately I have been going elsewhere for fuel due to the high prices and BP being the highest but recently the BP run app has been fun winning free chocolate blocks and being in the draw for a new car, still need to complete the BP run game as you can only play it once every day.

Ultimate 98 and Ultimate Diesel available, cheap coffee, fresh sandwiches, muffins ands slices, sweets, treats and other road trip supplies. Plenty of parking out back. Good place to stop on the highway.
