Probably the worst jewlers I've ever dealt with. I purchased a necklace from them it broke there was no offer to fix it just a cost for fixing it i specifically said it was to thin but they told me it was fine. I also got a ring re sized which was to small but i was then told finger's swell in the afternoon I'm no jewler but i would have told someone this information

Beware of their return policy. One hour after purchasing jewellery and still in the rose city shopping centre we returned to Prouds Jewellers for a refund on the necklace, Erin (the assistant manager) refused to give a refund on the item even though it was brought within the hour. I can understand if we had taken it home for a day or two, but really!!The No refund policy" was not displayed in the store
