Went in to grab a couple of things today after looking up the products on their website. When I got to the counter I was advised that the prices displayed on the website were for online orders only and not in store. The price was going to change in store the following day. The manager then advised I had to come back tomorrow or order it online. I asked if I could just click and collect to get the parts today and he said it will take 1 hour for the click and collect to go through and I would have to wait. (Even though I had the products literally in my hand at the counter). Semantics and roadblocks. Will shop in future at Autobarn where the prices in store match their website.

Store staff are knowledgeable & willing to help provide solutions. Store is always clean, tidy & has a vast range of products for all your needs. Car park always has quite a few spare spaces shared with other businesses in the complex, can not falter the store, always have exactly what I need or being able to get it in ASAP
