the worst company to work for. Firstly there are no HR practices they simply do not respond to your emails. Secondly the management lack any skills at all, they are all of Indian Nationality and are only interested in pleasing the client Telstra staff are not respected and there is no loyalty. They use a churn and burn mentality where they keep on recruiting people in order to cover the people that are leaving the place in droves. If you are a white Australian forget about it, they laugh behind your back and speak in their language. They are arrogant do not reply to emails. However my team leader was very good and a nice person at the end of the day however she is driven by management outcomes and staffs issues are compromised. Do not work there if you are an Aussie they do not customer service reps who speak perfect English and provide good service. they simple want to fill in the numbers and create more problems for Telstra by having people who create problems not solutions.

Discriminatory, unethical company hiring based on a vaccination status. Received an offer that was later on cancelled by TCS due to the vaccination. Dear Tata team, the health choices you take are personal, please mind your own business and try to have a minimum of ethics!

If i could not have a star here at all this would match my level of frustration and disrespect received from this company.I have basically been lied to multiple times by Pragya and Ritika - two staff who have asked from my details more than once post-interview. Then to be told I have been sent a Letter of Offer via their online system which cannot be done or retrieved based on the restrictive access i've been given.Please do not answer if any staff from this company call you because you will only be used to push their 'preferred' options forward while you listen to the crickets in the background of the non-communication you will be receiving.Save yourself the hassle...leave TATA and TCS alone.You will thank me later!
