Ordered Continental tyres for my VW Passat with a price match. Very straight forward, on the spot confirmation on the phone with no games like other places. Tyres were dispatched the day after order, and arrived the day after at Continental Box Hill (Amazing guys) who promptly called me on the same day to confirm my appointment. They had an option of fitment for the next day but I chose not to. So from order to fitment could have been done in around 4 days if need which is super fast. Tyresales customer service by email and phone have been quick and excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again from these guys.

2 Orders placed with the mob and I've experienced problems with each order.1st order, delivery was delayed and when it was delivered, only 3 tires were delivered out of the 4 ordered. Had the fitment center scheduled in for the change and was forced to cancel for the following week.2nd Order, they sent the wrong size tires. Dealer tried to call them numerous times during the day but they were not answering. Several days later, tiresales ordered the correct sizes and re sent the tires which took another a week.I rather pay a few $$$ more and go somewhere.

The wheels on my car were damaged during fitment of new tyres, and left in a disgusting state. The fitter (Pakenham Tyres and More) just flat out denied any wrong-doing, claming that the damage was pre-existing. I was also told that the photos provided (see attached pictures), which clearly show paint chips caused by workshop tools, were reviewed by an 'industry expert' and somehow historic wear and tear magically resurfaced.Whilst the neglence shown by the fitter is concerning, and I would not trust them with my business again, Tyresales were apologetic about the situation.

Indeed price is much better. But their partners doesn't fulfill their brand promise. I ordered a set of tyres with same day fitment. But after my order was transferred to the installer, they said they can only do it the following day. As my situation is urgent, I cannot use my car until new tyres are installed. It is very disappointing.

Definitely the cheapest tyre outlet I could find, at least with the tyre brand I was looking for my van. The tyres were delivered to the fitter in two days and Eastern Tyre Centre provided excellent services. Could not be happier. I would try Tyresales and Eastern Tyre Centre again for my wife's car in a year or so.Bill

Due to glitch on checkout the order and payment to Tyresales was duplicated. With a simple email this was rectified next business day with a return email from them confirming one of the orders had been cancelled and the payment returned. Collected the tyres hassle free from their courier/delivery company depot as I wasn't home at the time of original delivery and most importantly I got what I asked for with a great discount! Would definitely use again.

Ordered 4 tyres and received email confirmation of delivery. I visited the fitting centre as per the appointment, sadly, it's not delivered. Tyre Sales don't say sorry for the miscommunication. I requested refund and it follow up with almost 20 emails, few phone calls, and 2 months to get the money back. I never had such worst experience any businesses before...I learned patience and thats good part of it.

I thought I'd try Ttresales.com to buy some tyres online and the experience has been abysmal.6 weeks and I still don't know where my tyres are.I can't recommend this service at all.I'll stick to Ttroola for my online tyre purchases from now on.I can't give no stars so I am forced to give one star, which is way too many.

As a customer since 2013, I am sad to report that the Tyresales experience this time around has been awful. Last time, the fitment centre told me that they did not really like doing Tyresales work, so this time I chose the local alternative. Now it looks like almost one month between ordering and fitment. Emails to tyresales have been lost, and I quote we were experiencing a bug with our emails". My request for a refund has been denied."

I wish I had gone to brick and mortar rather than buy online. The tyres are good and the order went to plan, until it came to fitting. You only get tyresales affiliated fitters, and unfortunately I chose Signature tyres in Fawkner. They managed to damage all 4 of my unmarked rims, and even tried to hide the damage by buffing the marks.. which made it worse. Initially tyresales were responsive, but then quickly sidled with the tyre fitter who said the damage was not from their end. The manager of the tyre shop is not available" and won't call back
