Optus Wynnum

We have seen Peter twice this week & have to say he is so full of knowledge, explained things clearly to us, courteous & polite. He certainly is very well informed about the products. Thank you Peter for helping us.peter gave us very good service & we hope he is appreciated by Optus!

Worst customer service, Alana making new policies up to avoid serving customers who have been waiting for ages to be served. Probably better off going to another Optus store. We wanted to keep going their to buy our phone/accessories etc but after that experience we decided we will purchase from another optus store.

After experiencing signal issues with both mine and my wifes phones I visited the store. Peter attended to the problem and not only fixed the issue,checked all required settings and updated our sims.Excellent service and great outcome

Can't post negative stars so shall give one and that's being overly generous. Optus closed their very good service at Cannon Hill, so gotta go Wynnum West. Keep closing shops and I'll close my plan.Waited minimum 40 minutes to get a simple one month top-up.Staff in this entire shopping mall look a bit doped out - so shouldn't single out this one business. C'mon guys, speed it up a bitFriendlyjordies would have a field-day in this place.....

Worst customer service ever received. Alana was very rude, taking over customer, telling customers go away than answering questions. Hope Optus consider providing better customer service. Stress all the customers have to go through from cyber attacks on the top of this kind of customer service are not acceptable and making the least favourite choice for us.

No pressure to enter into anything we didn't feel comfortable with. Gave us options and very informative about what deal would suit out family best.
