Stopped in and asked about my Diff Lock light flashing and from the moment I walked in I was impressed with the Service. My Landcruiser is out of warranty but nothing was too much trouble for them. Had the car on the hoist that afternoon and hopefully problem solved. Much appreciated Team Toyota Berri Great Service thanks.

My wife and I were travelling through when we encountered a problem with our Toyota Prado. We were sent to Big River Toyota at Berri so they could take a look. We were met by Technical Advisor Jarryd. I could not say enough about Jarryd and the team at this service centre... at the drop of a hat they were bending over backwards to get us sorted... unfortunately had to keep vehicle overnight but also provided a loan vehicle, which I had the feeling they didn't really have... We were contacted first thing the following morning and back on the road... Thank you so much Jarryd and team my wife and I are very greatfuly to the assistance and care you showed to travellers in need.

What a fantastic place, our new prado went into Limp mode 18k south of Berri and Big River was our nearest dealer. We were towing an offroad camper (about 16/1700kg) They ran a diagnosis while we were having coffee and reported a previously unheard of issue for the 2.8lit diesel motor. Said they wanted to run a full dyno test and it would take 2 hrs. They then provided a courtesy car for our convenience. We had a look around town, sat on the riverbank of the Murray for a while and just on 2hrs later got the call to say they couldn't fault the car, (now thats a bit strange) but the diagnoses is on the Toyota dealers web site that any dealer can access, as we are down here on holidays.The staff were fabulous and I was totally impresses. The cost.....no charge!!This is a family business and they run it well.

Really good repair and service. Needs more parts to complete the job, a weekend in between, but a loan of a new Corolla was unexpected and appreciated. Better tHan our 96 RAV4 (in some ways) :)DP and all staff super helpful, and a free coffee.

I recently bought a car from Paul and the team at Big River Toyota and I couldn't have been more impressed. Firstly, Paul's service was first class. He was honest, transparent and everything he promised, he followed through on. Secondly, Jamie in the service team was equally as impressive and has followed up on his promises just as well.I live in Adelaide and was searching for a car for at least 6 weeks. When it came to decision time, I had two options - a local dealer (20 mins from home) or Paul and the team at Big River (3.5 hours drive - each way). It was an incredibly easy decision and I would make it over and over again to deal with Paul. In-fact, I was that impressed with the service; even if the price was substantially more than the local option, I'd still have bought through Paul.Overall - A simply brilliant purchasing experience (in what is not an overly enjoyable process - buying a new car) - the price was great too!Do business with this company, you wont regret it.

Got a 2nd hand Hilux from there. Paul went way above what you'd normally expect from a car dealer nowadays. We had it brought it up to NT, he arranged it all, kept us in the loop and couldn't be more satisfied. No hesitation in giving them a five star recommendation.
