Depending when you visit, this shop can be very busy with long lines of customers waiting for their order. Understanbly this can put alot of stress and pressure on staff. I've always been satisfied with the product I purchase from here. Taste and quality of their tea is always consistent. 5 stars.

I received a very disgusting customer service this evening from casuarina gong cha. The cashier lady with glasses was being so impatiently and keep rolling her eyes when I placing my order. Talk very rude to me, not even call my number?? That wasn't the most busy time. Only 2 customers awaiting. I don't deserve to be treated like this as a customers. Won't going back again. Goodluck.

Terrible service. I wouldn’t normally write a bad review but my experience this afternoon made me to write. The girl with glass is very rude and arrogant. I understand it was closing time but that doesn’t meant you have to be rude and show your angry face to your customer

Amazing customer service! I should get paid to there for buying tea. Staff made a wrong order. When I went back to correct, even didn’t request refund, she gave me a lesson taught me how to order. Well done!

They leave me there for almost 1 minute, pretend not seeing me, then go serve a white women. The problem is, they are Asian as well, just like me, they not suppose to hate themselves. That white women apologies to me, yet it is not her fault, just embarrassing.

Usually I have an ok experience there I usually order on the kiosk and the staff take a long time to serve you. I ordered a drink with pearls and there was clearly no black pearls and one of their newer employees tried to argue with me claiming there was when you can clearly tell when a fruit tea drink has no pearls just by looking at the drink. I never order there when she is working because I always receive bad customer service from her.

The drink was good but the service was terrible. I ordered 4 drinks in total and 2 of them were number 2 with milk foam. I brought them back to the table with my friends and we realised that number 2 drinks didn't have pearls in them as they should. I was going to have an appointment soon so one of my friend brought the drinks with the receipt back to ask them to add the pearls in. The girl argued with my friend that I didn't tell her to add the pearls in, while the number 2 is named Royal pearl milk tea. So she's saying that I need to order the Royal pearl milk tea with pearl to have the pearl in it?! She also made my friend to pay extra to add the pearls in the drinks. It was ridiculous. I would prefer Cha time next time if I see that girl serving the customers.
