Absolutely fantastic! Pleasantly surprised upon opening the box when I received my maverick..! Some give you stuff as gesture but most of the times they're cheap useless lures you would never buy etc but most don't give you nothing, just happy to take your money. Otto's Drummoyne I spent thousands and not one single gift, oops that right they gave me their little sticker and as if that's going to be any use to me..!They've lost me and the only beef I have is the courier service they use don't justify this store.But little price to pay I suppose in return for these fantastic gestures..! Keep up the good work guts!!!

I recently had a failure of an Abu Garcia rod that I purchased through Hot Tackle, inside of a year.The Team were fast responding when I reached out to them, and got onto AG right away to lodge a Warranty inquiry. Unfortunately AG did not stand by their warranty and would not offer to replace or repair my Rod, even though I'm of the opinion it was a product failure, rather than misuse.The team at Hot Tackle took it upon themselves to ensure I was looked after though, and I can't thank them enough. For that I will only be purchasing all my Gear through you, from now on.Old Fashioned customer service. You don't see it much anymore, but when you do, it's bloody marvelous!Thanks Hot Tackle. You're the best in the business!
