Customer service was relatively average. Prices are terrible. Was charged $27 for an item you can get anywhere else for $17. Unfortunately when you're sick you don't feel like running around trying to get to another pharmacy. That's how they get you. Absolutely ridiculous.

Prices are expensive and customer service is poor. They also refuse to certify documents. Look elsewhere!

Pharmacy is a Sham. I had paid in full for my script which they filled but only took home half of the medication at the time, as they said they didnt have in stock apparently. They said Pharmacist would call when other half of script was in. This never happened and when I phoned, thestore insisted I had to come in and pay AGAIN! I've explained I already had paid in full and when I returned into store they only filled 50 of the 200 tablets I need for my health condition. This is illegal and not right! When we spoke a month later she was still requesting I come in and pay as they are some special type of tablet and proceeded to abuse me on the phone. This is disgusting behaviour from a buisiness.

Wow I filled my scripts here for convience and whils I expected a few dollars more it was over double the price for each medication. Back to Chemist Warehouse. I have never been charged that much even at other small pharmacies. How can they justify such a big rip of.

I have changed my view on this chemist since changing hands, so I deleted my last review. It has improved but don’t like the set up of dropping off and collection of scripts the area is far too small maybe if they reduced the amount of stock they are trying to sell in store would help like remove an isle when it’s busy you can’t move.

They charge $17.85 for a box of 30 Lipitor tablets. The same can be purchased at other pharmacies for $7.49. I queried this with them and reason given is they are not part of a large chain. So I will not be going there again!! Pensioners be aware!!!

Very helpful, even called the doctors to sought out anomaly on script, and very competitive, unlike some chemist who charge the extra dollar, even though you don't need the safety net. Usually I pay $5.60 for my script.

Waited for hayfever tablets with my kids maybe 2 minutes, they soon became ready and i heard the lady call my first name by the time i got my 4 & 3 year old kids to the counter she was looking at me calling out my full name and seemed annoyed I took so long and then insisted I read out my address out loud in the Pharmacy while holding my drivers licence in front of me with a photo" like i was a child

why ask me if i want the generic brand only to give me the actual one? so then i end up paying almost $11 more than usual? i have received the generic brand from these guys before, so i don't know why they decided not to today. i am on a health care card for a reason - so i, a student who is out of work due to covid-19, can pay $6 for medication that keeps me functioning. not $17. won't be returning here.
