Odyssey Nails Brandon Park

Was recommended this salon by a friend and I had a great experience. The attention to detail with their nail art is amazing! I’m extremely happy with the results - I can’t stop looking at my nails. Will definitely come back again.

I have been going to this salon since it opened 8 years ago - Lynne & Jenny have left & it has deteriorated especially with the more mature manager who had no customer service skills - go to another salon

I rang this store as its my local. They would not honor my gift voucher, even though I informed them that I had one. Very discourteous. I would NOT reccommed going here.Just an edit, I rang their shop at The Glen who are now called Prime Nails.... excellent service, they honored the voucher without a booking, definitely worth going there!!!

i’m actually a little disappointed by this salon, i’ve been to my fair share of nail salons and have never had an issue with a nail technician doing my nails, i got told several times that i needed to have tips for ombré, as i explained multiple times that i can’t (i’m a male who plays netball) i need to have them short all the time! the lady i had huffed and puffed and overall rushed everything. when i explained i’m happy for her to bring the purple down more (which is what i wanted originally) she didn’t listen and slapped the black sns powder over the top which looks more like a french tip not an ombré. My cuticles were filled off which cause an extreme amount of pain followed by blood.I understand that doing sns isn’t easy at times, however every single nail salon i have been to has managed to provide me with what i wanted and has made it look amazing.I am not happy with the finished product, and will not be recommending people here due to the lack of care and rudeness!

I visited the shop for a pedicure and I had the worst experience of my life. Not only did I get a very poor service and the worst pedicure ever but I was subjected to a defeaning noise with a crazy music playing in the shop and workers jumping from one client to the other. I went there to get a service and not a process work experience. The shop owner should pay more attention to customer experience and satisfaction rather than her personal greed. Very disappointed with the job as they didn't shaped my nails.

I love this nail salon. I have been going here for 2 years+ now and refuse to go anywhere else. The staff are so nice. I always walk out w amazing nails and a smile on my face. Thank you

so underwhelming. they rush their jobs as if they dont even want to serve you in the first place. every time i've gotten nails from here they're so bad and 100% not worth the listed price. some worker was doing my nails and was buffing them with all her might and didn't even care if she was hurting me, i was in so much pain i mouthed to my boyfriend for help. i hope your shops get closed down. disgusting. overpriced. not worth it. i do not recommend at all. go anywhere else.

I don't and wont trust anyone else with my nails, these guys are amazing, their attention to detail is second to none, really friendly atmosphere and always happy to accommodate any design or ides you may have. Highly recommend 10/10 every time, plus your always offered a cold beverage on arrival.
