After an association of almost 40 years of buying, selling and rental of my 2 units, I can highly recommend Cronulla Real Estate (CRE). Throughout the entire period, I cannot recall a single matter that has not been handled efficiently and professionally by CRE without any objections from my side. The buying and selling processes have gone smoothly without a hitch. The rentals, both the selection of suitable tenants and collection of rent, have been handled timely and excellently. Recommend͏ Corey 100% if you want an agent that cares and communicates.Overseas Sale without a hitch! I live in NZ and was selling a property for a family member through POA. Found Corey through his reviews and am happy to say that he did not disappoint. Great at communicating, liaising with conveyancers, body corp, etc and just stayed on top of everything at all times. We managed to sell $150k over reserve in todays’s market so a result like that speaks for itself and Corey’s hard work. Recommend him 100% if you want an agent that cares and communicates.
