Cleanaway Monash Solid Waste Transfer Station
Incredibly rude and abrupt staff answering the phone. No communication around fixing the issue of staff failing to empty bins on specified day and suggested that I was lying about the issue. Bin wasn’t emptied until 5 days after allocated bin day. Pathetic service.
