After being approved for the heating and cooling scheme, wanting to use a local company I gave Waremac a call on 1/2/22 and spoke to Kelly on the phone who was very polite. I was after a quote to have 2 split system air conditioners installed plus some under ground power to be run and a switch board upgrade. I called Waremac 2 weeks after speaking to Kelly, just to make sure I had not been forgotten about, no you haven’t been forgotten about we are just busy, I accepted that, and that was fine as I’m near Lismore, so I understood and was told will most likely be next week. Around the 5/3/22 I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called a Geelong company and within 3 days they were at Lismore quoting my job. Not even 4 weeks later I had 2 new split system, switch board upgrade and my under ground power installed, with a bill just shy of 10k, rather disappointing after I wanted to support a local company so close to home. After everything now completed it’s now 14/5/22 with no phone call to come and quote the job.

I will never use anyone else. I have had Paul and his crew here a few times and every single time they delivered exceptional service, for fair prices.
