Very bad experience with Richard, I took my car there to get the front blinker and the fog lights fix and I end up with a brand new battery a blinker and fog lights that doesn't work and I only discover this after he charge me $620He change the battery after he install the battery the wrong way arround the _connected on the + and the + on the moins and the car couldn't start any more so he work out that the fuel pump isn't working any more and said that the battery was dead not from his fault $200 later that I paid without complaints but after I paid and notice that nothing was working he just lift up the bonnet move some connection and it work again, so I ask him why this is not fix as I just paid for it and he said that the connection are all corrode and I need to spend another $400 to $500 and he couldn't access the earth to do the work.When I ask him to show me, I was able to access and see the cable in 30 seconds and the cable had no corrosion in then, so I ask him to give me a contact spray and after I spray the light and the blinker worked again.So I paid $620 for a battery that I didn't need but he did a trade price for $180 and the rest was labour so $400 for it and nothing work and he lie to me thinking I wouldn't know anything cable been corrodedI left his work place while he was talking to a customer because clearly after i paid he didn't care anymore about my problem so I left very disappointed and will never go back there.This is just to save any one that go there to lose money to someone that won't fix your car properly and clearly doesn't know about electrical

Steve was great. He replaced our alternator as a priority as we were travelling through Armidale with the caravan on. He helped us out of a bad situation.

Fantastic service helped me out on short notice and fully discussed the process of repairs and upgrades. Price was good as a passing through traveller I could have been ripped off. Thanks heaps Sean.

It is sad when you get a negative review from customers - those that you know you will never be able to please. There are always two sides to the story.

A man said he couldn't help me with my car that I can no longer drive because the windows went down and didn't go back up. It's probably just a fuse but I cant work it out myself. He said I should go to Tamworth... with the windows down in a once in a lifetime rain event even though I live 1 minute away... winning
