Absolutely love Vibe Hair and Beauty! Hallee and Bronte are always my go two girls - do such an amazing job and so lovely. The vibe is great in the store with the old managers back. Always a 10/10 experience.

I’m absolutely appalled by the treatment that I received here. I was gifted a gift voucher (which I asked for it to be here) and we all know how hard it was living on the border so I wasn’t able to use it. I’ve since moved 8 hours north, and seen the voucher and thought I would call and ask if I could use it on products and have somebody ship them to me. The staff member said that was fine. I sent in a friend, she chose some products and it was only then that they mentioned that it could only be used on a service - after they watched her pick out products. I phoned the store to confirm the details and they said no we cannot, phone the owner. I since phoned the owner, and was told “you bought the voucher, and we have changed hands and I won’t honour it”. I told her my circumstances and mentioned that I have spent $200 on a voucher that had no terms and conditions attached to it. The owner then hang up on me. Im really disappointed in the way I was spoken to and the lack of business professionalism I received.

Always the best experience when I go to Vibe ! Such a great team full of friendly professional staff. Can't recommend them enough. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.. Abbey always gets the job done right and has my hair looking amazing !

The girls were amazing! They squeezed me in after a hair disaster and made me feel so much better. Love my new hair.
