Excellent service! Excellent cocktails! Excellent food! Staff are Awesome! They will make any cocktails on request and the quality of the food was A1!I recommend the crème caramel. You can watch the kitchen while sitting at the bar which was very entertaining and reassuring. Such a pleasant comfortable relaxing vibe at this place.

Elliot and the team were incredible at organising our engagement party for 50+ people. I was able to decorate the place as I wanted, had a personalised playlist, coordinator on the day, fully staffed and very well trained and nice bar staff. They went above and beyond for us doing custom cocktails and accommodating every guest with special demands. I have reached out to a dozen very renowned places in Sydney, but Elliot was the only one who followed up in a timely manner and made it personalised and authentic. Their pricing is fair and I was even able to partially bring some of my own alcohol and pay the corkage fee. They are great and we will definitely return there. Highly recommend!

We used a 50% voucher to try this bar and we really enjoyed our visit. The bartender made us delicious cocktails (I highly recommend Spouse’s Sour). We then ordered a cheese board and a charcuterie board, which had good varieties of meat and cheese. Excellent service too. They could improve the air circulation at the venue. But otherwise, worth trying!

Came here a couple nights ago with my wife's sister and we had a lovely evening. Great atmosphere and nice cocktails. All in a decent start to a great night

While the cocktails were decent, the service was incredibly slow. Not enough staff on for a Saturday night to keep up with the demamd. In addition, we recieved a cocktail with the incorrect variation. Sent the drink back and took nearly an hour for the correct one to come out.

Working with Eliot and his team was very stress free, they couldn't have been more helpful accommodating our requests and getting the whole party set up. Staff were all fabulous!! This is a great venue for a private party

Such friendly and adept staff!! As someone who suffers from food allergies, I appreciated the level of professionalism and understanding displayed by the bartenders at Soultrap. They were totally across my allergies and confirmed every order was safe for me to enjoy - right down to eliminating cross contamination. Wonderful staff, wonderful bar. They also have a fantastic playlist for immaculate vibes. I couldn't recommend this bar more.

Soultrap Bar is a fairly new basement cocktail bar and eatery, with a good range of French and Spanish influenced tapas style options and myriad drinks from most standard categories to match.Service was as expected for a quiet time of day, with staff eager to ply us with drinks and food. There were definite highlights in the food items chosen, however the choice of medium - essentially toast - would have been better replaced with something thinner and crisper. The cocktails were fine, though there were a couple of hiccups with choice of wine and cheese. All in all the environment is pleasant and conducive to a good time. Pricewise, the bill was at the higher end of the spectrum, though I'm sure the experience will meet the price tag in due course. Whilst I won't be hurrying back soon, I recommend Soultrap for anyone in the neighbourhood looking for a glass of wine and some good cheese.

Soultrap is a cool bar located in Surry Hills. With a widely stocked bar, they have a great range of cocktails too. If you're hungry, there's plenty of charcuterie boards to select from. We visited Soul trap on this occasion for their Whiskey event. This kicked off their first of many whiskey events to come. We visited their Irish Whiskey Rumble hosted by Whisky Enlightenment. This was a whiskey event like no other, including an appearance by Connor McGregor, through his whiskey label Proper 12. The event was a battle to determine which whiskey would reign supreme. Certainly an enlightening experience for those new to whiskey or not; with information on each of the eight different bottles and the distilleries that produce them.
