Ordered spaghetti carbonara on Uber, arrived,opened, bowl of oil at least 150ml ,non edible ,rang Avanti,got told Ubers fault,contact Uber, got in car took carbonara to Avanti to show Avanti manager who straight up said you will have to ask Uber for refund, funny I didn't ask for refund,I was there with bowl of oil to validate that a bowl of oil is not a delivery problem, the way it's made an Avanti problem, the finished product handed to delivery driver a problem, poor service and poor product -lost my business.Note:was offered cheesecake,turned down,I only expect what I order and pay for from a company , along with staff or a manager who will address the customer concerns with their product. Trying to fob off their problem to another company for a refund,poor form of service..you can't eat a bowl of oil or a refund.Replacement carbanora was as it should have been, but appetite now ruined.

Ordered 3 pizzas as have a large family, only got two even though paid the money for 3 which is very disappointing, got hold of a bird with a very bad doesn’t want to be there straight to the point sort of person! Very disappointed in the money I was wasted to not get my order right. 3/6 pizzas came toMe couldn’t even eat them as pizza was that burnt!Also a local that orders every Friday same order! DO BETTER.

Very good local pizza bar. Prices have jumped a bit in the last couple of years, but the consistency of good, quality food has remained the same.

Ordered through Uber. This place is super expensive for the quality of food they provide. Kitchen seem to not take pride in their dishes at all.

Ordered the kids lasagne, got home to find it literally stone cold, hard frozen in the middle. Not very appetising at all

Current review: We come here weekly, pizza very hit and miss.often miss.For some reason, coke is ALWAYS flat... it has me confused.Second review: No longer has a website for menu. diverts to a 3rd party site where they aren't even mentioned.Previous review: 5 Stars very rarely are we unhappy with the food or service here.

Have been to Avantis two times in the last month. First time they forgot 2 cans of drink which is no big deal but when we went the second time they argued the fact they owed us the 2 drinks. Ontop of this they forgot our garlic breads the second time. They delivered them to us not long after we called but the straw that broke the camels back was when I poured myself a drink from the bottle that came with one of the meals and thought it tasted funny i found it was over a month past the best before date. Pizzas were also over cooked and lacked flavour. Not sure what’s happening there but it isn’t good.

Sorry, try to buy local. When you pay $20.90 for a large pizza, you expect better. Ordered a half and half, meat lovers and Yiros. Someone was a little heavy with the garlic sauce. Very disappointing. This should have been redone, not handed on.I'm sure if I took it back they would have redone, but who could be bothered.
