I have had to lodge Fair Trading action to get a response from Bridge Real Estate. Lets hope it works as the next step is legal action through the courts.Our matter remained outstanding for several months with no response from Bridge Realestate ragarding the return of bond and unpaid invoices. The treatment we have recieved is nothing short of disgracefull in my opinion.14/9/18 - Bridge RE have finally come to the party and through numerous emails and the assistance of Fair Trading we have resolved the matter. Unfortunately it has left its mark on me and I will never do business with this company again regardless of circumstances.

This company will take your bond. After telling you to take your time moving out. I should sue them for misleading and deceptive conduct plus unconsciouable conduct. I had back surgery months prior, plus the world was closing down with Covid 19 business restrictions. They charged me for key locks to be changed when they had the keys. We left some items to be picked up after our official leave date and signage on the building and they charged us rent for this. Shame on you Bridge Real Estate. The last thing Bill Ryder emailed to me is remove your signs by Monday for your own sake and we are in a Pandemic lock down with businesses suffering and trying to stay home. What happened to working together. They don't even have a tenant going in, so why is it essential. Its just bulling tactics. They sent me an email a day before Easter and they have given me one day to organise to get signs down off a roof awning, and its Easter Monday. I am reporting this company to Department of Fair Trading, NCAT and Real Estate Institue Glad they are not representing my properties.
